Get Involved!

The involvement and leadeship of local people is at the core of this project. The are several ways that you can get involved depending on where you live/work and how much time you are able to commit.

If you live, work, study, or volunteer within the Big Local DY10 area:

​As a resident, volunteer, student or an employee within the area there are a range of opportunities to be involved. Even if you do not have much spare time the least you can do is spare 5 minutes to let us know what you think about the area. By clicking here you can let us know what you think

Big Local DY10 Partnership

If you live, work, study or volunteer within the Big Local DY10 area you may like to sign up and become a member of the Partnership. This group meets on a monthly basis and oversees and makes all the decisions concerning the delivery of the Big Local project. You don’t have to have been a members from the start and we are always looking for new members – so if you are interested in getting involved please get in touch.

Events / Projects

We will be holding Public Meetings and other events and activities to introduce and implement the Plan and so we are always looking for more people to get involved. If you can spare a bit of time to help out (in whatever way!) we would be really interested in hearing from you.

If you live outside of the Big Local DY10 area:

Even if you do not live within the area you can still help us out. It could be that you grew up here, your family lives here, or you have some spare time and you think you can help us, whatever your reason you will be welcome.
