St. George’s Fun Day in the Park

You will find the Big Local DY10 project at this community fun day on Saturday. The event, organised by the Friends of St. George’s Park, will feature a Viking re-enactment group, motorbike, trike & scooter display and table top sale alongside the usual attractions of FREE bouncy castle and FREE face painting. Please look out for the volunteers on our stall who will be promoting ways that people can get involved with the project, launching our Big Local DY10 Photographic Competition.

Our team of volunteer community researchers will be out and about on site to find out what local people like about our area and their ideas on how to make it an even better place to live.
