PRIMARY SCHOOLS ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGE

Local Primary Schools recently took part in the Big Local DY10 Environmental Challenge! The Teams from the various schools within the area competed for prizes of £250 towards environmental projects in their schools.

A fantastic day of learning and sharing took place at the Harriers Aggborough Suite, and was facilitated by Jayne Greene of IJM Media. The day gave the students valuable experience in:

Teamwork, Working to Deadlines, Effective Participation,

Self Management, Decision Making,
Confidence, Communication, Presenting, Problem Solving, Creativity, Planning.
